Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay was quite the mixed bag. While I appreciated the spaciousness of my room, it really fell short in cleanliness and maintenance, which was disappointing given the high price. The service from the staff was a bright spot, but the dining options left a lot to be desired, especially considering the upscale vibe they are aiming for.
My stay at the Omni Tucson National Resort was quite mixed. The spacious accommodations offered comfort, especially with their newly renovated hacienda suite. The service was impressive, with attentive staff willing to help, but my dining experience fell short on room service options. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, though the value was uneven as some areas felt dated and in need of more updates.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with spacious rooms, beautiful landscaping, and excellent dining options. The hot tub and heated pool were a highlight, perfect for relaxation after a long day. However, there were some maintenance issues that detracted from the experience, particularly with room cleanliness on the second day. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable visit, but I hope they address the minor issues soon.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the property itself is spacious with beautiful surroundings, the issues I faced with the room and service were disappointing. The rooms had potential, with a good layout, but cleanliness and maintenance were lacking. The dining options were mediocre at best, and the service often felt slow and unresponsive. I left feeling that the value for money was not quite there.
The Omni National Resort in Tucson has beautiful grounds and excellent recreational activities, especially if you're a fan of golf. However, the service could use improvement, particularly from the front desk, and the rooms felt outdated and not very clean. The dining experiences were enjoyable, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall, while it has its perks, I don't think I'd return considering the issues with the rooms and service.
